Shipping & Returns

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

* Orders cannot be canceled after being placed. 

International Orders 

We do not ship any International Orders,  there are no exceptions. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You may return new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the invoice date or a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. For a prompt refund please send a copy of your packing slip and a letter of explanation for the return. All return shipping must be prepaid; no COD's will be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return  (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

***All optics will be sent to the manufacturer first for inspection before the return will be finalized. If the item is repaired and returned to us, we will be returning the item back to you at your expense and credit will not be issued.  

Damaged in Shipment 

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 10 days after receipt of your package. If not, Urban Tactical Supply will not be responsible for the return fees.  

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Urban Tactical Supply within 10 days of receipt of the product. 

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@urbantacticalsupply.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced. 

Shipping a Return 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Urban Tactical Supply will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using tracking number shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Errors/Theft

Urban Tactical Supply does not cover carrier errors, or postal/shipping theft. We suggest that you add an adult signature request for delivery on higher priced orders.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@urbantacticalsupply.com

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@urbantacticalsupply.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. The gift certificate may be used toward purchases from Urban Tactical Supply.com

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Promotions: Offers are valid at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards, donations or any special offers. Promotion codes must be entered on the shopping cart page and cannot be used in combination with any other offer. Limit one promo code per order.
